I assume you mean Tiger Shovelnose Catfish. They can grow to 30" or more, and need a tank of at least 500 gallons
Also, like most Pimelodids, they grow like weeds.

Could be a TSN X RTC cross. No one really knows their full size potential. Just consider that one of the species in the mix can reach 150 pounds.

If you mean the catfish in your avatar, then yes that is a Tiger Shovel Nosed Catfish. In aquarium the norm seems to be about 30" ish. A catfish book i have on them says they've been caught at 6' in the wild and i saw a video on here once of a guy with one just short of 5' in a very large tank.
