well were doing flea market this year ( like for the last 3 or 4 years we have ) and i was wondering do i need a permit to sell fish?? i may raise my cichlids frys ( if they have any ) and mollys and wanna sell them at the flea market so what do i need to do/have in order to do this? if i can without a permit what do i need that will help make sure the survival of the fish?

I'm not completely sure, but I doubt you need a permit to sell most aquarium fish, like mollies and most cichlids.
IDK but I'd think that could vary from state to state or even be different from one county or city to the next as to how they are about sales like that. I'd imagine if you called someone in your state they could give you an answer or someone in charge of the flea market could answer that better than anyone on here.
Unless your selling them regularly as in weekly and making LOTS of profit, I'm sure it will be fine.
