Simple use tool like brush to clean.Makes you wonder what was in the tank and how this got started.Good idea to periodically run a little standard aquarium salt through the tanks and do frequent and large water changes.

Flesh eating Staph. and other seriously destructive bacteria are on pretty much everything in our environment. It's surprising that mroe people don't get infected. They're in natural bodies of water, dirt, on our pets, even on solid surfaces. Gotta be thankful God made us with such a great natural barrier to prevent most infections. I know I get stabbed by fish fins nearly every time I go fishing and am just thankful none of the punctures has gotten infected.

I know two people locally that had to deal with this. Not a very fun time for them
