I know of frogbit but i'm wondering if there are any others and their care requirements any suggestions or pictures would be greatly appreciated.

Well lets see, there's Dwarf Water Lettuce, Salvinia, Phyllanthus Fluitan, and the regrettable Duck Weed. All of which are pretty easy to care for, and steadily grow without any major fertilizer needs.
