I have a 5" jag, in a 20 gallon grow out. I'll admit I slacked off the maintenance schedule lately (fell in love, got married. that kind of thing). Anyway, he stopped eating and started floating on his side (he always floats on the same side). I'm guessing its a problem with his swim bladder.
I am now doing daily water changes, and he seems to be improving somewhat. His tail and head are no longer sagging and he swims around every once in a while.
Anybody know of anything else that could help him recover? Or if something besides poor water quality could be causing his condition?
