im looking for a floating plant.....but something i dont need tons of light for...any suggestions? and if it grows really fast awesome!

hornwort and duckweed need very little of anything to survive. they grow ridiculously fast!!
there's also java moss...

1. needs medium lighting, not the most easiest plant to grow under the OPs criteria.
2. most of the time u would only see it on ponds because it sticks soo much out of the water; u would either need to lower the water level in the tank or the tank would have to be lidless.
otherwise the water lettuce is a great choice.
