Florida butterfly's from John

Here is the pair of cichla that I got from John on Tuesday. They are settling in nicely. The female is still not eating good but she is starting to show interest. The male is destroying feeders as they hit the water. Great fish, the pics do there colors no justice. Photographing these guys are like taking pictures of psittacus. The photo's just never really show how nice the fish look in person.

Sorry about the dirty glass. I didn't notice it when I took the pics. I haven't cleaned the glass since I put those guys in on Tuesday and as you can imagine they were slinging water everywhere.

I'm going to fatten them up on feeders for a couple of weeks then start trying to get them to take shrimp and pellets.
