Florida fishing trip! Where to go for Peacock Bass?

Give me a good location, the family wants to go the latter part of this year.

I need to know how far south I need to go to find them.

My grandparents have a "Winter house" in Punta Gorda , and Pbass are all over the place in the canals

broward and miami-dade counties are loaded with them. plus there are good places to stay there. id say thats your best bet. your goin to have to drive inland though

miami-dade and broward are the best. Shoot juantamad a message, as he is the pbass king. I catch them here all the time, expecially around summer. Shoot me a pm if you come down, we can go fishing!
