Florida fishing?

i'm hoping to head to florida for a fishing trip in celibration of graduating. i don't know a damn thing about fishing in florida except you guys have got tropical weather, fish from all over the world, and some big fish. anybody have any suggestions for guided tours or spots? i want to try some FW and SW fishing(haven't done any real SW fishing)

Exotics are only found in a couple of the extreme south Florida counties.
