I recently purchased a new baby 4 inch Florida gar, it has been a few days and haven't seen him eat. Any ideas what would be a good idea to try? I've tried bloodworms, rosies and freeze dried shrimp. Thanks for any help.

Floating pellets if he will but he will prob still only be on live food so try a few guppys

Alright thanks I will try some guppies. And my LFS got in a shipment of oddballs that included RTC and Florida gar. I chose gar because the RTC wouldnt live in my 75 gallon for long haha
As soon as I dropped in guppies he decided he wanted a rosie instead haha oh well just glad he's eating
