Florida Gar With Big Cichlids

Anyone here keep their fl gars with big cichlids like oscars, jaguars. i'm wondering if I can keep an oscar and jag with my gar in my 180gallon tank. The gar is currently 18" and the female jag is 8-9 inches. I have a jack Dempsey who is close to 8" and they all currently get along pretty well. Jd is going to move to my 75gallon when my endlicheri gets bigger. My gar sometimes fights them during feeding and the cichlids nip but that's it. Does anyone else here keep big cichlids with their gars? Has anyone had problems with it?

My cichlids don't mess with my florida. They are more competitive for food though so make sure florida get his fair share every once in awhile.
 
Like was said before no problems. I have a small fl gar 6" with large 10"+ JD and the gar is just lazy to eat.
 
I'm sure you've already decided, just thought I'd throw my 2 bits in. I keep a gar with an Oscar, Texas, and gold Saum. As well as an endlii, ornate, and senegal. No problems whatsoever. Gar gets his food fine, even lays down next to my endlii now and then. I say do it.
