here is my to florida gars in their 75 gallon tank. Right now i am building them 150 gallon tanks. Any suggestion on how i should design the inside.

You may as well make a 180 gallon for them since you'll need an aquarium at least that size when they are fully grown.
I would keep that big piece of wood that's in the picture and have the aquarium's decorations centered around it.

Ideal design for the inside of a gar tank is that it has water in it... Anything else is more or less your preference as the fish could care less in most cases.

Your gars are gorgeous! I myself just got a baby Florida Gar and totally smitten with him. He is currently in a 150, the tank has plants and wood in it, he likes ambushing his food from inside the plants! Most of the time he cruises the surface tho!
