I'm planning on entering Florida via Route 75, driving down it, to the south tip, which then turns East towards 95 which goes North on the east coast.

Are these good roads for driving the west, then east, coast of FL, or are they too "highway like" ? Would there be a better/more scenic route from North to South, on each side? You know, stop every couple miles to drop a net, etc...

I'm on 75 for 4hrs every day. It's boring as hell. You'll probably have decent results on 95 though.

Hey Mr,
How is it boring? Will I be seeing a lot of ponds/lakes/forests, etc?

Also, wanted to add... How is traffic on both roads?

take I95 ;) its all boring untill you get south of miami....and be prepared for miami...any of the mains such as i95,836,ect as they are some of the best test of nerves there are in the US....trust me. If your looking to net check out 41/8th st/tamiami trail traveling west...alot of pull offs once you get past glades trail gunclub and further up on the left is a back road "shark valley loop"(watch for gators, cougars, feral pigs, moccasins, and eastern diamondbacks there) but awesome netting and collecting areas as well as being "out there"....make sure you have your licenses ect as fwc will check you out there.
mainly find the offbeat places as i95 ect are just blahhhhh nothing there except sewage ditches...lol and the same scenery for approx 7 hrs from the tip of florida south.
