Has there ever been a Florida long noise gar hybrid before? if so are there any pictures of them

I can not say I've seen a documented case of one nor have I seen a deliberate hybrid of these two fish produced. So while technically a possibility there is is either no data or proof of them existing in either the wild or artificially.

Interesting thought though...

hmm i thought there was this one pic of it(spotted longnose) on AP?

yea thats what i was thinking since i haven't found any information on them. That would be a really cool hybrid.I wonder how it would look like

Thats my fish and we caught it in Illinois nowhere near spotted gars or Florida gars ... It is just a longnosed.. I still have it actually and it is one beautiful fish...
