ALL CAPS MEANS YOU ARE YELLING BY THE WAY!!!! Do you have any pics of the gars. The Florida gar and Longnose are two different types so find out which one you really have by using THIS. Once you have figured that out then get you basic info from THIS. If still have questions then make another post an use THIS.

Based on his location, I'm going to say that these are most likely Florida gars because of how readily available they are in most countries in comparison to longnose gars which are not so common.

Minnows and other feeder fish are what you need to feed them until you can get them to take pellets, fish fillets, shrimp, and other foods.
