I think this year will be extra special when it comes to fishing for PB in Florida.

I've caught over two dozen the past three months without much effort and caught four earlier today.

Will try to beat my personal best record set at the start of the new milennium and try to have some fun doing it.

Please join me by posting your PB catches for this year!

Here's where I caught my PBs today with my new favorite lure. Had to break it in::D

nice catches. that map is great for locals. wish we could do that here.

Great catches

Man, if only if you could ship some of those. How much would shipping be? Just curious

Nice catches. If I catch a P-Bass, everyone will definitely hear about it. LOL

I shipped a couple of 4-5 inch PB juvies last month to NY for over $ 50 via Fedex. Both DOA I'm told. That's the last time I'm ever shipping these fishys.:(

Before that I shipped several batches of 8 esch farther North and West of NY with no problems when It was colder!

I've decided the effort and time to do it is not worth my time. I'm just a retired fellow trying to enjoy my remaining years and not have to run around making Fedex richer.;)

very sweet

Nice catches. I'm definately gonna have to try doing some pbass fishing next time I'm down in FL. How far away are these lakes from the West Palm area?

1 to 2 hours South. However, It's a private community lake. Only residents allowed. Some neighbors have asked me to help them locate the fish in our area. I'm just trying to help
the local folks. Might even posts spots in the lake with PB just waitng to be caught in the future.;)

I'm sure the fishing for PB is pretty much the same all over South Florida South of Broward County. I'm also told there are some spots in the Everglades near Homestead with even hotter fishing action.:)
