I can as well make a thread with my turtles :)

I have two Florida Redbelly Turtle (Pseudemys nelsoni) and one unknown cooter. I keep them in a homemade tank, measures 120cm*40cm*45cm, the tank is 216L (about 57 US gallon)
I have a Filstar xp2 canister filter cleaning the tank, 20W UVB fluorscent lamp from ExoTerra and a 60W normal light bulp for the basking site.
I also have a couple of applesnails wich the turtles show no interest in.:)

And in case you were wondering, I´m pretty new to this forum and I live in Iceland

I think the mystery turtle looks like a female River Cooter (Pseudemys concinna). You might want to consider separating her from the other two so they don't breed together.

That was my thought. Posted in the other thread already but when the male redbelly gets the itch he's liable to at least attempt to court both females. I like the tank, thinking about doing a raised basking area with a ramp when I upgrade my turts, do they use the basking site a lot?

Thanks, yes they bask all the time:) especially the little one

But can those two species cross-breed?

You bet they can. Have you seen the male displaying to the females? They will line up face to face and the male with stroke the female's cheeks with his long nails.
