Florida spots!

Hi,
I live in central florida and was wondering if anybody knows some good, non-crowded areas that you don't need a boat to catch quality fish(either netting or fishing) perhaps a creek or little pond?

This could be the start of a good thread. People list their location and maybe the lakes that they know of that are nice to fish.
