I got a friend trying to get rid of his Florida Spotted Gar for free but I pride my tank that I have already set-up. The Gar is roughly 10 inches and I have a few slightly smaller fish already in the tank - Pacu 8 inches, red devil 6ish inches, and a red-tail cat thats about 15 inches. Since I never owned a Florida Spotted Gar, or any other Gar for that matter, you guys think they can co-exist? I understand the fact that every fish is individual and they all vary in tempers I'm just trying to get a generalization of this picture here.

Besides the fact that the tank is overstocked already, and that you need a much larger tank for the RTC, its illegal to own that gar in CA
