Florida spotted gars from my latest collecting trip

some great specimens in there john! good to see some new pics! those look like some late-stage YOY and yearling specimens given the pics. are you cast-netting for those guys? fish i received from you earlier in the year are doing well--

No cast nets. They destroy the fish. Dip net them late night on top of the water with spot lights and dip nets. The pictures are taken with the flash on. I need these bowfins gone! The 8" - 10" gars are avalible. I have 10 eating silversides, and 3 eating pellets.

They are mean to each other!
