Florida trip- temps? weather? bugs?

My trip is imminent - next 2 weeks or so. What are the temps like? Any precautions to avoid car overheats? How hot will it be, and how buggy will it be, and what will the weather be like, typically, in the beginning of July?

Actually I don't think bugs are too much of a problem. Everytime I have been to Florida I have never been attacked by mosquitoes as much as I have in Minnesota.

i live in central florida, and i was out tonight and i realized there were alot of mosquitos.

temps in the high 80s to low 90s at this time of the year. Bugs....need bug spray....sunny to rainning for weather, just always prepare for rain....does that help some...

lol the usual huh? some sun, some rain lol does it like rain all day long, or just rain for few hours then clear up?

past few days have been raining then letting up. Only in florida does it rain while its sunny.

I want to make a trip to fl as well , but to collect a few species of reptiles i like,hopefully soon . I hear its sweet.

the rain varies all the time...some times it rains for 15mins and then some times is rains for hours
