i am planning on keeping these cool little fish hopefully in the near future. i have a 10g and a 29g but the 10g is better b/c the other tank has shellies. anyway could i raise about 3 FW flounder in here w/ sand? i have a 20L to so thats an option but id rather to 10 b/c its setup already

You can start them in the 10g if you overfilter it (I use a penguin 200 on mine). But you will need a bigger tank. They average 4-5" across when full grown depending on species (hogchokers are really common and get that big). Plan ahead before they get too big for the tank (I got a free 20L mine will go in by the fall :)).
