Fluorescent hoods and lights are pretty expensive. - glass canopy and a led light from beamswork is much much cheaper. And it's cheat in the long run for electricity as well

Agreed. Locally used fluorescent fixtures as well as MH have gone way down in price. LED has taken over. Kind of like tube TV. Gone!
