I completely washed my 30 lbs of flourite and it's currently sitting my 29 gallon tank. There's no water in my tank except maybe some moisture still on the Flourite. I was wondering if just keeping it like this will deplete it's nutrients. Also how long do the nutrients last in Flourite once it is fully submerged in water?

The nutrients can't gas off at Earth's temperatures... It will stay good indefinitely. I personally do not wash my flourite at all. It will last 1-2 years depending on the type, size, number and density of the plants. Without plants, it will not deplete very much at all.
