Flow rate and filters for Senegal tank

Hi guys

Me again :)

I was wondering what flow rate (tank turnover) would best for my 4x1.5x2 which will have 2-3 senegals/polli. Perhaps some other small fish as well.

I currently have 2x eheim 2215 but the flow is significantly restricted my the plumbing and inline equipment. Each eheims are rated at 650LPH

Was thinking of replacing one eheim with a fluval g3.

Any thoughts?

For cichlids it's recommended to have 7-10x turnover.
