Any catshark owners know what a good flow rate/turnover rate for catsharks is? Finishing our tank setup for our coral cats and I want to make sure I have a good flow rate but not too strong either.

I kept Marbled Catsharks years ago but tbh didn't know what was the flow rate . I suggest going to the Freshwater Stingray forum and go from there because they require the same care in my opinion.

I had my bamboo cats and my epualette in a 300g Rubber maid stock tank with about 800 gph going through it. Seemed fine, ate, grew, had them 2 years then decided to get help and stop the addicition. Lol

Lol. Sorry you got help. I'm still in denial. Thanks for the reply. Good to know. I'll have about 1200gph coming in after all of the pipe restrictions but it will be divided between 4 bulkheads. We'll see how it goes.
