I really want to get 2 Quiet One 780 gph pumps (1 for each corner flow). I read on a website that they flow 700 gph? Would 780 gph be too much or should I go with the Ocean Runner 650 gph pumps?

You should be ok with those pumps. 780 is usually at 0 head. You will have around 3 feet of head (typically). Also, the corner flows are seriously underrated. The ones on my 220 are rated the same and I have a 2000 gph pump flowing through them. I used to have a quiet one 14000 and they kept up without a problem. I wouldn't go any bigger than that, though.
