Can it work? I had 24 flowerhonrs I bought that are 1-4" and the big male is beating all my babies up.

Is it possible to keep 3 1" flowerhorns in a 29gallon potted tank with a 1" jag?

need a answer back asap!

Yea, it's possible. Make sure there is tons of hiding spots and keep a close eye on them. Expect some fighting.

Well, Its just because I have 5 very small flowerhorns ( I believe females ) in with my others who are 3-4" and the smallest got bit in half so I had to feed him to my Pbass ( ended it quick ) and I dont wana loose another female. Would it be smarter to put the 4 small flowerhorns in with the jag or just 1?.

Or would it be better to keep them with 3x 2" Pbass

Well there is not aggression in the 75gallon with the bigger ones, its just the 5 lil gals. This is when I wish I would had my 3 divided tanks setup and here already lol. I'm gona post a buy and sell later on to get rid of some of the fh's.

I am constantly having to separate and move my babies around because they slaughter each other on a regular basis. Some babies after 6 months are 5 1/2 inches and some are still 2 inches. Aggression just comes with the territory I guess.

Well they only had the lil river rocks and it toulk me and my gf 2 hours to build 2 caves than hers fell apart :)! lol was fun though
