Atlanta Ga,
My flower horn and my Jag lock up and I think my Jag dislocated his jaw is there any way I can reset his jaw I need some help they are both are about 11"

Without a vet all you can do is seperate the fish, manually put the jaw back in place, add some salt (1 tbsp/5g) or melafix to lesson chance of infection, and then hope it heals, while waiting use low bulk, high protein, soft foods like 1-2" pieces of nightcrawlers.
Watch for mouth fungus or bacterial infections and treat htem as some as there is a sign of infection.
Hopefully the bone will set and heal correctly, if it is just a dislocation it will heal quickly.

I wish you luck. I had the same problem with my JD and Jag. One of my errors was waiting too long to try and reset the jaw. The intial bruising and swelling was so severe on the JD I wasn't sure on the extent of the damage. When I realized the Jaw was broken, I tried to reset it but could not. It ended up the JD could not move the jaw at all. The fish could not suck anything into his mouth. I hand fed him for a couple of months but eventually had to put him down( see thread-Had to put fish down)
I hope you fare better than I did. It is difficult to lose a fish this way
