(died of lack of oxygen problem fixed) the titanium i got he was doing great and then trouble struck he got ick and bloating and passed away. 85 dollars she had digestive issues and the last one i still have 120 bucks. big kok for his young age. i am a total noob with keeping them but have a 75 gal. tank. the piker we refer to him as stays in the bottom and comes up to eat golds. can you tell me the real names of these guys. p.s im waiting for some more exotic ones from my fish store he has a egg laying female titaniunm for 140 i think but i am not intrested i want more like the whiteish one i have here is the current setup

First off. NO MORE FEEDER GOLDFISH IN YOUR TANK!!!!!! This is likely the reason your fish are getting sick! They are infamous for carrying parasites and diseases. If that "piker" only eats goldfish then you need to find another tank to put it in. Flowerhorns are too expensive to risk by putting feeders in the tank. If you plan on getting more flowerhorns you should get more tanks. They tend to do much better when kept solo. If you plan to breed then buy some egg crate from a local home imp. store. Keep male and female separated in the same tank till she is ready then watch closely so they don't destroy one another. These are some basic fh guidelines and apply to many cichlid species, especially the no feeders policy! It looks like you have lost some great fish and if you don't follow any of what I just wrote at least folow this one!!!!! Good luck!

thanks for the reply he will eat anything live that fits in his mouth i have this one on a pellet diet now
