Flower horn White poop

I bought Flower horn in local pet shop he is new to my home and not active

My tank size is 2ft because my flower horn only 4inches.

He is not eating food and also I observed white string type poo from his stomach

I tried cz clear medicine while injecting the medicine had comes out through fish gills sideways

Still he is not cured

When injecting the medicine, you need to slowly push the syringe/pipette into the mouth passing the gills so that the medication enters the belly.. If medicine comes out through the gill then you are not pushing deep enough..
You just need the end of the syringe/pipette to pass the gill section and slowly pump the medicine in..

As mentioned above, the medication is not goin in deep enough if it's coming out from the gills. Try attaching a piece of air line extending the tip of the syringe. Some med will come out so good idea to place him in a container of water before putting him back into his tank...so not to pollute the water.
