HarleyK HarleyK Can you please move this thread to the proper section.

As for for the OP, can you give us your tank size and current water parameters?

The tank is of size 4*2*2 feet.. Water is at a temp of 28C

Based on your other post he seems your flowerhorn has some type of internal parasite and you are already treating him with meds. If that doesn't help him then try adding the meds to some small bits of food and feeding those to him. Also do partial water changes every day or bi-daily. 20% should be good enough.

He's not eating so you can't feed him lol

he"s older now so his healing system is weaker
Try internal parasite medication; from the lfs. Tank should have mild current flow.

What filters are you using and for what size tank he's in and how much media is in the filters because your tank is bare

I'm using a internal filter of size about roughly 8 inches long and the media in the filters is just 4 inch

You need the more of those media the better. That much is only good for a 5 -10gallon ;Enough for a juvenile cichlid..
the more water and the bigger the fish/bio load, the more media you need!

So the way you are keeping him everyday contributed to his life long health.. so take care of that water.

for now you should put him in a smaller tank (5-10gl)with that same water and same filter+same media, and add internal parasite medication. Do water change everyday 25% for about a week. If he doesn't eat then try the medicine 'clear" for HEX

If you can water change using epsom salt that would help a lot too.

GL, he needs the tlc asap, he still has a chance if you act now.. your fh is having Bloat. Very dangerous and will kill fish fast
