raise the temp, cut earthworms in half and attempt to feed. The smell should get em going...

wrong choice of ray for your first ray... good luck to you... keep the tank warm 84 degree F and dark cover it with a old blanket or towel and offer worms every day

nice looking ray though :)

He is eating shrimp already? Good! Downhill from here! Mine eat shrimp, smelt, candian night crawlers, tilapia, and super worms. I keep my Flowers at 76C.
Nice flower!! Follow his advice dude n good luck! ;)

If it's eating anything already that's more than half the battle with flowers! If it won't take earthworms right away, start with some blackworms ASAP, and it'll eventually take earthworms. Great looking flower, and good luck with it.

Welcome to the Ray Forum!

Why raise the temperature? IMHO all he requires is some waiting and to make the ray more comfortable as advised in the above threads ^

Tell me you're in Montreal, I have some clean earthworms for you. Looks good, but as suggested, get some CBW (California Black Worms) asap, the Ghost shrimp is not that nutritious and you need to fatten that ray up before moving to other prepared foods. I just got mine flowers on market shrimp, but it took me a month to do so.
