No
If I did not test my water...
...I recognize that I will likely be asked to do a test, and that water tests are critical for solving freshwater health problems.
Do you do water changes?
Yes
What percentage of water do you change?
41-50%
How frequently do you change your water?
Every week
If I do not change my water...
...I recognize that I will likely be recommended to do a water change, and water changes are critical for preventing future freshwater health problems.
Hello guys, my female flowerhorn is kinda weird I often see her swimming like a big boss with her mouth open and body shaking side to side kinda like she's challenging a non existent fish to battle. Then she takes all that out on the filters lol, leaving her scales kinda flaking off and bumped up, bumped in the way just like how we get a bump when we hit our head against something.

Now, I am worried cause I don't know if this is due to aggression or a disease.Cause when observe her most of the time she just swims around and then sometimes I see her doing what I told you does to herself. Actually I made a post about her bumps months ago I thought it was a parasite so I treated with fenbendazole lol.

Other than the fact I can see the outer layer of some her scales peeling of like how a corn kernel peel looks like. There are no other indications. P S. She just laid eggs last Thursday. So idk what's up, is she cooked or am I cooked?. Help FH keepers/Anybody. Thanks in advance 💗.

Eggs will put her into protection mode. That will make her more aggressive.

That's what I was thinking but this behavior also happened 2 months before she laid eggs, maybe she was wanting to breed? Idk anything about flowerhorn behavior so I'm not sure if she's just horny.
