Flowerhorn and Bichir

Would it be possible to keep an ornate bichir with a flowerhorn

Yes. If they were introduced in the same tank at the same time.. and if tank size permits.

It is a 125 gallon tank and the flowerhorn is 4inches and the ornate would be about 7 to 8inches

It is purely hit & miss when mixing large CA type cichlids such as FH with any type of tank mate. Raising together from small sizes helps, but is no guarantee either. When your FH is larger in size it may one day decide to neutralize any/all competition.
