MY
I have a small flowerhorn (around 7 cm) and a small pleco (around 10 cm). Since yesterday, my FH has been like flapping its tail to the pleco and I don't know why. And sometimes it seems like my FH is attacking it. Should I move the pleco to other tank? I have another fish tank, a small one, with a betta in it and does not have oxygen pump. Will the pleco survive in there with betta and without oxygen pump? Thanks in advance guys :)

This is the 15 gallont tank right? What sort of pleco is it? If it's a common it will grow longer than the tank you have him in. I think for both fish you definately need to upgrade to at least a 55, 75 would be better.
An FH and a Pleco should be fine in the proper sized tank.

Can the pleco survive in a tank without any oxygen? With betta? Thanks anyway :)

Flowerhorn will kill/eat the betta. I do think plecos need some type of oxygen (eventually); while they can survive in low-oxygen waters for certain period of time, I don't think they can survive in low-oxygen waters long term.

I mean Betta and Pleco :)

Yes, they should be fine.

No offense, but I hope your 15g is a joke for housing 1 FH and 1 Pleco. You're going to get a lot of people angry for doing what your doing & I honestly don't blame them. Flowerhorns top out at around 10-12" and if you have a common pleco it can grow to about twice as long as the tank its in.

You can find some cheap tanks on craigslist sometimes...just FYI

But the tank with betta in it doesn't have any oxygen pump :( Will it survive in there? :/

Does the tank have a filter on it? If so then the oxygen pump is just a bonus and not 100% needed. If the beta tank has no heater/filter, then that should be your first priority....along with getting a bigger tank for the flower hown...

Can a filter function without oxygen pump? :o

Another case of buy first, research later.
You probably have a common pleco, they will reach at least a foot long in a short amount of time and then over it's lifetime it will only continue to grow.
Your Flowerhorn will also reach about a foot in length in a short amount of time. They both need to be moved into a much larger tank, asap. Waiting until the FH gets to be 3.5 inches long to put him in a larger tank is not ideal. Find at least a 55 gallon tank. A 75 would be better.
The betta will be great for your 15 gallon tank, after the FH and Pleco are moved to a larger tank. I know people keep them in cups with under a liter of water, but they actually like to swim and a betta would love a 15 gallon tank.
All of your tanks will need the appropriate heaters and filters. Bubblers are not required, they are just extras.
