Just wanted to get some feedback on this guy and gal that I picked up for cheap at a LFS awhile back. The flowerhorn is a female, I believe. And the "Red" Devil(which I believe is a Black Devil or an Arrow Cichlid) is a male, and successfully spawned with one of my blood parrots some time ago. They seem to be trying to pair of as well. They might make some pretty babies. I'm getting stocked up this odd mixes. What's your thoughts on both?

A few more pics of each. And before anyone asks, there is no "ich" those are just bubbles caught in weird angles. Also, the pics/lighting make their coloration look different than if you were standing next to the tank irl. The flowerhorn has more blue/teals along her line and her "flower" is more prominent. The "Red Devil" looks nearly full black. They may get graded as "low grade" but they are beautiful in person and the FH has a great personality.

The texas has just been proven a fertile male, he bred with one of my blood parrots. I have another post up tracking it's progress if you are interested. I'd have to try and pair him with the flowerhorn which i believe to be female atm. I'm just hoping i get a few good babies from the Red Texas spawn.

Hahaha im just trolling him back. He wasnt concerned with anything, he's just wanting to try and put me on the spot without knowing any details.

The "RD" which is a Zaliosus, and Flowerhorn are around 4", along with the Texas6" and Blood Parrot are in a 125gal. The Zaliosus and Flowerhorn are gonna each get their own 24x24x24(59gal) and 75gal. When the cycles are finished.
