Are all flowerhorns aggressive?.I've had one before that killed most of my fish at the time and I'm considering another one but not sure if it would be a good idea and was also thinking of Synspilums as well but I've never had one and was hoping to get some advice from everyone who has some or a lot of knowledge on them, any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance : )

Its safe to say that most Flowerhorn are very aggressive. They rarely get a long in community settings and thats usually in very large tanks. When they are little they might be ok in communities but as they grow their temperament greatly increases. They do how ever make awesome wet pets.

They are made from the most aggressive fish... all those genes combined into one hybrid... yes mate, they are aggressive...they kill each other after breeding as well... You can't even gurantee a breeding pair will not rip each other apart...
