I have a 3 inch Flowerhorn and a 7 inch Veija Syns in my 125 gallon. Do you all think this setup will work long term as far as aggression is concerned ?

1 Oscar, 1 Vieja Syn, 1 Flowerhorn, 2 Angelfish, 6 female Bettas, 2 Cories, 6 Blue Rams, 1 gold Gourami

the oscar will eat the betta and corys then the flowerhorn and vieja will more than likely become aggressive and beat each other and all the rest up ... remove the flowerhorn, corys and betta then see how the veija goes but have a divider ready.

Oh no all the fish in my sig are in different tanks. The 125 only has the Flowerhorn and Vieja.

1 Vieja Syn, 1 Flowerhorn, 2 Angelfish, 5 female Bettas, 2 Cories, 6 Blue Rams, 1 gold Gourami

lol, you sig comes up with the message on a computer matey!-) i would say its worth a go mate, if they are opposite sex they could pair... dithers/target fish would help spread aggression, maybe a salvini and a convict would help... two aggressive fish often ends in tears but some light over stocking often helps, i have 3 male midas two females a large butti an oscar a few cats inc a wyckii and a gg in my 300g and its pretty mellow, when i had 4 cichlids it was a war zone!

Is there a type of schooling fish that would work in this tank?

1 Vieja Syn, 1 Flowerhorn, 2 Angelfish, 6 female Bettas, 2 Cories, 5Blue Rams, 1 gold Gourami

I would say some tenfoil barbs or you might get away with some large rainbowfish cause of their speed like iran reds and theres many others can mix together they do like big tanks you have to look some reach 5 to 6 inches others only about 3 inches
