Flowerhorn Bloated

Hey everyone,

My flowerhorn has been bloated for 4/5 days now. I've tried not feeding for 24 hours and treating the tank with some epsom salt to no avail? Any ideas? Is the fish at any big risk?

Try epsom salt bath

In 5 gallon bucket fill it water from your aquarium, add 1 tablespoon Epsom salts per gallon. Put the fish in this solution for 15 to 25 mins once feces are released return to main tank. If fish show signs of distress (ie goes belly up) remove immediatly. GL

If it is still interested in food try soaking some food in epsom salt water.
