Flowerhorn breeding help

I just got a male and female flowerhorn seperated with a divider how do i know when to take out divider?
Is it when both there tubes drop?
The male right away seemed to drop his and they keep looking at each other through the glass.
 
I would wait till there's not much aggression between them with a divider first. If you have extra time on you're hands you could always add her on his side and watch closely. Then remove when you see a problem. It's the time's you feel comfortable and place a fish on the other side, then later on the next day something serious happened. The i just got! makes me think you should give it a week or two before doing anything. A flowerhorn by all means is a very aggressive fish, so keep that in mind. Breeding is fun, but there's a time for everything.

Yah theve been looking at each other not much aggression. The female snuck through a hole wen I accidentily moved the divider and they were acting fine together.
