Depends on the parentage of your brooder Thia silks. Likely you will have a good percentage of Thai silk.

Yes, some as small as 5-6 inches are sexually mature but others will take up to 9-10 inches to be fertile. I tried a few times for one of my 10 inch FH to be successful, while I had another 5 inch which is successful in his first shot.
