My Flowerhorn pair recently spawned and I had 100's of eggs in a ceramic plant pot base. After a few days the male started attacking and biting the female so I put the divider back in. The eggs turned brown the went fuzzy and mouldy. Is there a chance the male isn't fertile or maybe they were not thst good for the first time. I didn't feed or water change in the three days the eggs were in the tank.
