Flowerhorn Bump

Hello, my Flowerhorn has a bump on the bottom side of his tail. Could it be parasitic? Whenever any of you get the chance to reply, that’d be great thanks.

I tried to take a picture but he likes to move around a lot. Haha

Nope..

It’s beginning to bulge a little and is more lumpy... There are small red blood spots and looks as if it filled with blood. There isn’t any sort of puss coming out of it though..

Any idea what it could be?

I'd say it almost looks like a bruise.
