I have a female flowerhorn, normal red and blue varietie. She was getting too aggressive in my 220 so I moved her to my planted tank with a male sevrum and was in there a month happy with no change. But now her red has faded to black. She's now black with blue still visible is this normal? She's behaving normal otherwise. Weekly water change of about %50 parameters are
Ammonia. 25
Nitrate. . 0
Nitrite. 2
Ph. 8

I’d suggest increase ur water changes to twice a week. Could be stressed form fluctuations in water quality.
