Flowerhorn cichlid grading

Guys i'm willing to buy this flowerhorn but i'm a bit confused. Please help me with this pick. I'm new to this forum and it's my first post. quick response would be appreciated.

I'm willing to put him in a 90 gallon tank, Can you advise me which food would be better for him.I really want him to get a big kok..

Kok is mainly genetics so high quality pellet diet would be ideal and with blood worms,brine shrimp, krill introduced to their diet as well maybe once a week.

I bet you it will have a big kok no doubt.
