Flowerhorn color changed?

Hi, so recently my Flowerhorn has a internal parasite which I’m already treating. But when I gave him the food with medicine in it, he turned white. I did the same method before a few days earlier and he was fine. He is still active and responding and eating. Is this a problem?

This is him, how to get a good pic because he likes to move around a lot when I’m there haha. It looks like he doesn’t have a tail but he does, it’s just how he’s swimming.

Is he fading?

Sometimes there colors fade when stressed mine does that sometimes when i move him to the other side of the divider away from the female.
