Recently a bag of food was knocked into my fishtank clouding it severely. I did a large water change and didn't monitor the temperature well and dropped it from 78 to 65. The fish is eating and swimming fine but his red is almost completely faded to a light pink and his kok shrunk a bit but has rebounded. This has been on going for about a week. Is there anything I can do to help him regain his color? Some feces seems to be a bit white and stringy. Should I do anything else besides dosing with epsom salt.

Bump. Pics attached before and after. Also any idea on type of FH I've only ever kept RD's.
