Flowerhorn Confirmation

I purchased him as a Red Dragon Flowerhorn from a LFS (Arts in Motion - Marion, IN). He has doubled in size since I have had him, but now I am worried that he is really a Trimac. What do you guys think?

Nothing close to a trimac...it is a FH.

He is a FH. Compare the forehead shape from the Trimac pic to your pic

Sounds good! The trimac pictures I found looked much more like my FH than the pic Oscarum posted. The difference from his pic is definitely clear.

My FH swims around care-free in the 90 gallon tank, but freaks out when I hold a tape measure up to the glass to measure him. I tried it tonight and he is right about 9.5 inches.

I am not sure why my picture is so big. It was much smaller on the preview??
