I have this FH in a 120g tank with 18 King Kongs and the FH chases everyone around. Clearly FH dominates all others. However, at night I have a feeling they gang up on the him because over a week I start to see his tail being torn apart and a part of his top fin missing like someone took a bite off of it. He has been isolated for the past 3weeks. His tail seems to be recovering but his top fin does not seem to be growing back. Is it fungus? Because it seems white. Anyone every encounter this problem before? Thanks

That isn't going to grow back, I believe only the 'webbing' in between the spines of fins will regrow, not the fins themselves if completely removed.

If you're keeping the water very clean with daily or bi-daily water changes and you think it looks fungal, Pimafix is a popular anti-fungal medication, and adding freshwater salt as per the directions on the packaging as well as upping the heat to 30 degrees celcius should help.
